If you want to place an online order for any Synch model and guarantee delivery before the big day, then any order needs to be placed by 3pm on Wednesday 18th December.
Any orders that are placed online after Wednesday 18th December cannot be guaranteed before Christmas. Due to the build time and our delivery service we unfortunately cannot ensure the bike will be with you on time and may not be delivered until the new year.
However, if you are able to collect the bike direct from our HQ in person and do not require delivery, please contact us directly as we may be able to assist placing an order with us (please do not order online). Please email us on hello@synchgo.com or you can call on 01202 133433. We will do what we can to help make that special someone’s day even better if they’re getting a Synch for Christmas.
Office Hours:
We will operate our regular Office opening times up until Friday 20th December and then our offices will be closed until Monday 6th January 2025.
During this time all online orders will still be received and processed and bikes will be built and delivered to you in the new year.
