I bought my longtail supermonkey in July 2021 and have absolutely loved it. I've done over 2000 miles and for most of my trips its quicker than using my car and so much fun. The longtail option means I can take passengers and my grandkids love it, especially blasting along the beach on the sand. The team at Synch are great and having them based in the UK is a big plus and service and support is first class. Thoroughly recommend them and their bikes to anyone.

Have just purchased and received a Synch Super Monkey in a custom metallic Cobalt Blue. Superb communication and service. And the bike is a gem. Absolutely love it. My cycling days had been non-existent recently, but with the Synch I get out and do 30 miles effortlessly. And with a whole load of fun. I should have bought one years ago.

Met the guys over at Synch HQ on 2nd Feb 2024 to collect tyres and tubes for a bike and I felt very welcome, They showed me some of the amazing British built bikes and frames that are built to an uncompromisingly high specification. I was really impressed, This company deserves 5 stars from communication, approach and customer service and products offered.
From the first enquiry to delivery and beyond these guys have been amazing and kept me updated throughout the whole process of the bike being built, awnserd all of my questions I couldn’t fault the experience..
Ordered my 250w SM via the website with no problems. Got a call from Chris @ Synch to run through my order and gave me an ETA on delivery. When My bike arrived, there was some damage to the headlight via the courier. Synch replaced this without any hesitation. I've had many hours of fun riding, its a real head turner and you'll get many comments or questions. Brilliant, superbly designed bikes that are robust and great fun to run. I’ve had mine a couple of months and absolutely love everything about it. The customer service is fantastic, and the guys obviously care hugely about the bikes they are producing, and the service they are offering. Hi guys, iv had my synch ultra monkey for about a month now and cant fault it in the slightest iv used it nearly every day to get to work and just going exploring, its been an effortless joy gets loads of attention so be ready to answer a good few questions. Speed is great easy does 30mph no problem on private land of course 😁 comfort is spot on been full suspension, would recommend this bike and company to anyone go buy one you will not regret it.
I have had my long-tail since September and have ridden it almost every day with my young daughter for the school run. Lots of comments about how cool it looks. The best bike I have owned and has brought back my passion for cycling. I did have a headlamp fail but Matt was able to get a replacement despatched to me for the following day. Excellent product and service.
