Embrace the power of electric bikes

Green Commute

Green Commute Initiative is a Social Enterprise with a vision to get commuters out of cars and onto any kind of bike, with the dual purpose of improving both the individual’s health and wellbeing, as well as reducing the environmental impact of pollution and congestion from cars.  We do this through our cycle to work scheme.

No limits!

One of the cool things about GCI is that you are not restricted by the normal £1,000 limit of other cycle to work schemes.  That’s right, no limits!  How is this possible?  Well, GCI is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Commuting heaven

E-bikes are great for commuting as you can cycle in your business clobber and not get all hot and bothered.  What’s more, you’ll turn up to work on time, feeling energised and not stressed from the commute.

As a cycle to work salary sacrifice scheme, you could save up to 47% on the price of a bike.  And as the industry’s leading scheme, we don’t charge exit fees.  How refreshing!

CycleScheme

Cyclescheme is an employee benefit that saves you 26-40% on a bike and accessories (or even more with our offers). You pay nothing upfront and the payments are taken tax efficiently from your salary by your employer

Commute your way!

You can request a cycle to work package of more than £1,000. This means you now have the freedom to save on e-bikes, cargo bikes and specialist adapted cycles.

Choose an ownership option

When your Hire Agreement and salary sacrifice ends, you can keep your Cyclescheme package by making a small additional payment.

Cyclescheme will contact you regarding ownership options at the end of your Hire Agreement. Participants on standard schemes tend to save between 26 and 40% when they use our recommended ownership option.
